A New Milestone for LGBTI+ Workplace Inclusion in Bulgaria
We are thrilled to announce that Work It OUT, our platform dedicated to equality and inclusion in the workplace, has joined the prestigious European Pride Business Network (EPBN). This exciting milestone marks a significant step forward in our mission to create inclusive and supportive work environments for LGBTI+ employees across the EU.
Joining the EPBN means becoming part of a growing family of initiatives committed to enhancing working conditions for LGBTI+ individuals. Together, we are united in our dedication to fostering inclusive workplaces where diversity is not only respected but celebrated.
GLAS Foundation’s initiative, Work It OUT, has been a beacon of hope and support for LGBTI+ employees in Bulgaria since its founding in 2017. Our platform unites local and international organizations in a shared commitment to creating diverse and welcoming work environments for all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
“Uniting with our European counterparts, we affirm GLAS and Work It OUT’s dedication to fostering inclusive workplaces for all LGBTI individuals. Embracing diversity isn’t just morally right; it’s strategically beneficial, fueling innovation and organizational success. We are excited to grow together with EPBN!”, shares Simeon Vasilev, Chairman of GLAS Foundation
Work It OUT goes beyond merely supporting LGBTI+ employees in the workplace. By hosting events, introducing innovative approaches to inclusion, and providing practical resources, we empower organizations to embrace diversity and foster a culture of equality. Our efforts have shown that companies with LGBTI+ friendly policies not only attract top talent but also drive innovation and entrepreneurship.
By championing inclusion and diversity, GLAS Foundation and Work It OUT are paving the way for both organizational success and societal progress. We are excited to continue this journey with EPBN and look forward to the positive changes we will achieve together.
Stay tuned for more updates on our initiatives and events as we continue to work towards a more inclusive and equitable future for all!
