Work It OUT and EY presented at the Annual HR conference of Capital newspaper by Fleur Botwick, Director of D & I at EY and by Simeon Vasilev, founder of GLAS Foundation.
Fleur Botwick manages the D&I policies of EY for the region of EMEA Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, which includes 98 countries and 105,000 employees. She was a special guest at the HR and The Future of Work: Management Challenges on “Why inclusive business leadership is more important than ever?”
The annual conference of “Capital” and “Careers” was held on 25 October in the Sofia Event Center. For the first time, the LGBT D&I topic was included in the conference, as Botwick came by invitation of the Bulgarian Platform for Inclusion of LGBT Employees Work It OUT.
