The first workshop on the topic of stereotypes and unconscious bias #NoLabels, organized by The GLAS Foundation’s business platform Work It OUT, was held at SAP Labs. We discussed where biases came from and the participants showed eagerness to talk about it, learn how to overcome it and how to change their behavior. Especially for the workshop’s purposes and with the help of experts we developed a game-like ice-breaking activity for opening the topic of stereotyping.
