Тhe GLAS Foundation launched regular informal meet-ups for LGBTI + professionals and their alies and friends from al areas of business in Bulgaria within its business platform Work It OUT. The İrst WIO Club meet-up took place on November 20. The theme of the evening was “LGBTI+ Superheroes” with special guest speaker Dimitrina Vasileva, Diversity & Inclusiveness Leader in EY.
During the event we discussed what the superpowers of LGBTI+ employees are, how we can develop and use them eĨectively to advance our careers, and how an inclusive and open work environment can unlock and stimulate them.
