GLAS foundation has developed a new webinar which tackles the issue of where biases come from and how they negatively change our behavior, how we can try to overcome them by being more self-aware and become allies not only at work but also in our personal lives.
The webinar workshop is highly interactive and based on the participatory approach. It is held online and uses discussions, games and group activities to engage participants. The target audience – all company employees and the best thing about it – no restrictions on the number of participants!
