Founded in 2014, the GLAS Foundation’s core mission is to ensure full equality and robust protection against all forms of discrimination for the LGBT+ community.
At GLAS, we are committed to fostering complete societal inclusion of LGBT+ individuals in every aspect of life. Our efforts are multifaceted, focusing on empowering parents of LGBT+ individuals, cultivating inclusive work environments, and actively campaigning against homophobic hate crimes. A significant part of our work is also dedicated to promoting tolerance and understanding within the broader society. Through our initiatives, we aim to create a Bulgaria where LGBT+ individuals can live with dignity, respect, and equal opportunities, contributing to a more diverse and accepting society.
