The GLAS Foundation and Diversity Pays Off organized a business breakfast with the support of SAP Labs Bulgaria. The focus of the event was “How to engage employees with the topic of diversity and inclusive work environment – good practices and specific solutions from the business and the NGO sector”. At the event, which took place on November 28, 2019, in Sofia, the GLAS Foundation introduced the upcoming initiatives and the new members of its business platform
Work It OUT – AIG and IBM. The attendees also shared different positive measures, which engage employees with the topics of diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace.
